I wanted to switch my accounts e-mail. I had no access to existing email (it was hacked), so I contacted support to change it.

They asked me to "scan my ID card and send it to them". I have bought premium subscription, and they can very well check my ID information from the bank records, but they kept insisting that I scan my ID card. The information on personal ID's can be used for various scams on the internet, and if you scan your card and send it to someone willingly, you will have destroyed all your defense in the court of law should your info gets compromised. Above all else, such information is personal and it is very rude to ask for such a thing, not even banks do such *** things.

Needless to say, I didnt scan my ID and they didnt change my e-mail. My account has an email that is in the hands of another person now.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Poor support policies.
