VERY BAD
Appalling customer support for Farmerama RO
The team handling support for RO is a bunch of insulting hillbillies which should be fired immediately, along with whoever hired them.
Those animals with the IQ of a rock insult almost everyone without any reason, even for asking questions, let alone complaining about actual issues.
The most notable case was when made a complaint about a bug in the game which affected my event at that time. This was in a week when their server was barely working, so bugs were obviously there.
After being repeatedly insulted by the main support animal, named Dan, I've asked him to point me to his superior for a complaint.
He then banned me for 24h, justifying that I was the one being rude.
As a consequence, the event for which I barely slept an entire week was destroyed.
Needless to say, wasting time with BigPoint's *** and bugged game was my personal option. But even a single second of my life is worth more than that useless hillbilly's entire life.

Hacked
Doesnt care about customer privacy. Unprofessional. ***.
I wanted to switch my accounts e-mail. I had no access to existing email (it was hacked), so I contacted support to change it.
They asked me to "scan my ID card and send it to them". I have bought premium subscription, and they can very well check my ID information from the bank records, but they kept insisting that I scan my ID card. The information on personal ID's can be used for various scams on the internet, and if you scan your card and send it to someone willingly, you will have destroyed all your defense in the court of law should your info gets compromised. Above all else, such information is personal and it is very rude to ask for such a thing, not even banks do such *** things.
Needless to say, I didnt scan my ID and they didnt change my e-mail. My account has an email that is in the hands of another person now.

Bigpoint Battlestar Galactica Online Video Game Review
Skyrama
Skyrama has been a fun game until now. The new event is the worst one ever.
Game players have invested in the game. If you make too many complaints they send intimidating and their tone is threatening. The game has not been working right for over a week.They keep telling us that they have fixed this or that bug. But no improvement.
Game points over 4200 of them have been stolen.We are tired of hearing about bug fixes and excuses and how hard they are working when actions speak louder than words. If that were true this game would be fun again. But I really am upset by comments from nighthawk and Phil Dumpfy.
If something is not done soon you will loose all customers and once they leave they probably will not return. Nor are they likely tospend money investing in any other Bigpoint game
