In brief: ambiguous and faulty rules in Dark Orbit (one in BP's portfolio of games), arrogant administrators and deceptive advertisement. They take other's money (for a "free game" to play) and then ban a player. No complain applies, no help from a dummy support. There's plenty of similar experience, even worse as I had. I heard about such a practices only in case of illegal enterprising (pyramid games schemes, usury, Nigerian Money Scams, etc.). So be very carefull (more then me and many other deceived) when joining any of "free" online games of Bigpoint! 12915c9

I was able to keep tabs on the account name, and went through the process of support. Well i got none, anyone would have thought i was the criminal. I don't even think they launched an investigation. Well i wish to take this further and higher, has anyone pursued this course of action before? I can't understand how they can just offer you no help and get away with it. |

Written by EDWARD on June 28, 2011 from -, -, US yeah i spent $$ on darkorbit too and i took up for bigpoint on forums and i got banned a month and then my freind asked a few questions about game you know like how big is the "pet" and he got ban is there any legal action i can take to get bigpoint shut down or somthing i cant stand it anymore |
| 3. Written by I will sue Bigpoint! on May 28, 2011 from sofia, sofiya, BG After a year and a half game, poured huge sums of money to me the worst happens, stolen account. I do not enter the game in two months and then it turned out that my account is gone - deleted. Comply with all rules. It turned out that one insider has changed part of my story. Now to file a civil action and start litigation. Write to my mail: I will sue them! |
