no client care whatsoever - ban people who seek to make a complaint.
having made a complaint to seafight support about a senior admin making defamatory allegations in chat the "support" department refused repeatedly to provide details of any senior officers to whom the matter could be referred to and when i asked for details of their complaints procedures their response was to ban my ship off the water for 7 days. Clearly this is of concern as this is not simply an inconvenience - it is something which i have paid a considerable amount of money to develop and use. Support for these people appears to be "go away or we will take away what you have paid for to teach you a lesson". I have never come accross this type of arrogant behaviour and blatent threat in order to make a complaint "go away" and i am absolutely disgusted with them. I have asked for details of the contact at their Legal Department and at the time of posting i am still waiting for a response... 12915a9

My game play ethos has always been not to spend any real currency in order to become fully elite. Today I became fully elite but within 30 minutes of achieving this Dark Orbit introduced me with a 30 day instant ban for no reason, I asked for detail relating to the suspension and an that request resulted in an additonal 60 day ban, furthermore there are threats to ban for life should I seek additonal information. In summary, Dark Orbit is all one big rip off. The game is designed to suck in players so the spend their hard earned cash, but if you manage to fight the urge and show your true grit without using real currency to upgrade and become fully elite they ultimately don't makin anything from you, but rather than be honest and upfront they introduce bans which are completely unjustified. Their adminsitrators and customer service staff are as useful as an ashtray on a motor bike. Ultimately you judge for yourself, but I'll be keeoing clear of Dark Orbit and Big Point. |
